Forest School and Woodland learning provision
Our Forest School and woodland learning provision is run by a qualified Level 3 Forest School practitioner and takes place in the woodland setting, providing the learners with space to learn and develop socially and emotionally, being child-led every learners experience is different and unique. Our woodland sessions take place outdoors and comprise of lots games, making something from nature and not forgetting hot chocolate warmed on the campfire.
Our make and create days are designed to give the learners a taste of using tools to create something inspired by nature. These sessions are kept small in number to maintain the safe use of tools.
As an alternative activities are available at your school site. This could be the creation of a wild life site in your grounds. Bug hotel, work farm or activities such as building a fire circle and store telling, making bowes and arrows, kite building, etc.
