Team Building Exercises - Archery or Orienteering - Mobile Climbing Wall.

Practical problem solving exercises which promote the key skills of communication, trust, leadership, co-operation, confidence, planning, organisation skills, listening supporting others, sharing ideas and experiences. At the end of each exercise a review of the groups performance takes place. This review is then used by the team to consolidate its team spirit.

The Mobile Climbing Wall

The Mobile Climbing wall develops trust, co-operation, communication and sharing experiences. If your site is suitable we run archery as a third activity. This package of Team / Problem Solving Exercises, Archery and Mobile Climbing Wall can accommodate large numbers split into 3 sub groups. Each sub group would rotate around the three activities. If the site is not suitable for archery we can deliver Orienteering. As part of this package we will produce a colour Orienteering map of your school grounds.

NICAS

Because we operate the mobile climbing wall with traditional belay methods this allows us to deliver NICAS level 1 at your own site and to train groups for more adventrous climbing on "real rock" on natural crags.
