Mark has had a love of the outdoors from a young age which was fostered when I got involved in The Duke of Edinburgh`s Award Scheme at school. With the skills I learnt and a new found confidence I started to explore the great outdoors with friends and on my own.

Fell running, climbing in summer and winter, mountain biking took me all over. The British Isles and overseas. Whilst working in education I ran The Duke of
Edinburgh`s Award Scheme at my own school. He forms part of our Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expedition delivery team.
